At Shopsglam, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a return and refund policy designed to make the process as simple as possible.
You have up to thirty (30) days from the date your order was delivered to request a return. If you are located in the European Union, you also have a legal right to cancel or return your order within fourteen (14) days for any reason, even if the item is not faulty.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it. This means it must be unused, unworn, with the original tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us at support@shopsglam.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and clear instructions on how to send your item back. Please note that items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
When you receive your order, we ask that you inspect it right away. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Some items cannot be returned. These include perishable goods like food, flowers, or plants; custom-made or personalized products; personal care items such as beauty or hygiene products; hazardous materials; flammable liquids or gases; and any gift cards or final sale items.
If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and then place a new order once your return has been approved.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether it has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within five (5) to ten (10) business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund. If more than fifteen (15) business days have passed since your return was approved and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@shopsglam.com.
